An illustrative worked example from the Citizen Development Governance Model demo. Reuse the columns for your own list; the value is in writing the sequencing recommendation, not just the scores.

Keep the computer-vision QA tool on the roadmap but staged behind it, given the higher effort and only medium confidence. Treat the exploratory agent framework as a small, time-boxed research spike rather than a committed initiative until confidence improves.
